FLUX 2009 is a unique opportunity to head hunt the most enterprising students from across the UK. In format, the FLUX experience is not dissimilar to recruitment assessment centres. The event is intense, students work in teams and they are put under pressure to perform. If participating as an expert you will have the opportunity to interact with and observe students in their expert meetings and when the students pitch their business ideas. In these situations they will have to use many of the skills that employers demand including negotiation skills, time management, presentation skills, dealing with questions and thinking on their feet. There are also opportunities for networking, including the post-final party on Day Two.

If you would like to participate in FLUX as a recruiter we can offer:

• A click through logo on the FLUX Website, promoted to all higher education institutions across the UK
• An advert in our event brochure, given to all students attending the FLUX Final as well as staff attending our Enterprise Conference
• Your corporate stand displayed at the FLUX Final and opportunities to give out recruitment literature
• The opportunity to participate in FLUX as a business expert, giving you first hand access to participating students
• Interview, presentation and / or informal networking facilities on Day Three of FLUX, after the grand finale
